- Inclusions: Fuel charges, toll taxes, and driver allowances are included in point-to-point drop fares.
- Exclusions: Parking fees at specific tourist spots, entry tickets, and detours outside the standard route map are not included.
- AC Usage: Air conditioning is generally turned off while driving uphill (towards Darjeeling/Sikkim) to prevent engine overheating and ensure safety on steep inclines.
- Night Charges: Journeys commencing or extending between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM will incur nominal night driving charges for the chauffeur.
- North Sikkim routes (Lachung, Lachen) and protected areas (Nathula Pass, Zuluk) require specialized Inner Line Permits (ILP) and restricted commercial vehicles (only luxury SUVs like Innova/Xylo are permitted in certain areas).
