Day 01

Arrival at NJP/Bagdogra & Transfer to Darjeeling

Welcome to the foothills of the Himalayas! Upon your arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station, our professional driver will greet you with a name placard. From there, you will begin your scenic 3-hour ascent (approx. 70 km) via the beautiful Kurseong Valley or Rohini Road. You will pass through lush tea estates and winding hill roads.

Upon reaching Darjeeling, check into your pre-booked hotel. The rest of the evening is completely free for leisure. We highly recommend taking a pedestrian stroll down the famous Mall Road (Chowrasta), enjoying a hot cup of Darjeeling tea, or dining at the historic Glenary's Bakery. Dinner will be served at your hotel.

Day 02

Darjeeling Sightseeing & Transfer to Gangtok

Your day begins very early at 4:00 AM. Your driver will pick you up and take you to Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mount Kanchenjunga. On your way back to the hotel for breakfast, you will visit the ancient Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.

After breakfast and checkout, you will be driven from Darjeeling to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim (approx. 4 hours / 100 km). Enjoy the scenic views of the Teesta River along the route. Upon arrival in Gangtok, check into your hotel and spend the evening exploring MG Marg. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 03

Gangtok Local Sightseeing
