From there, you will begin your scenic 4-hour ascent (approx. 120 km) alongside the roaring Teesta River via the National Highway 10. You will pass through lush green valleys and winding hill roads.

Upon reaching Gangtok, check into your pre-booked hotel. The rest of the evening is completely free for leisure. We highly recommend taking a pedestrian stroll down the famous pedestrian-only MG Marg, enjoying local Sikkimese snacks or shopping. Dinner will be served at your hotel.

Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
