Day 01

Arrival at NJP/Bagdogra & Transfer to Gangtok

Welcome to the Himalayas! Upon your arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri (NJP), your dedicated driver will receive you and begin the 4 to 5-hour journey into Sikkim. The drive follows the stunning Teesta River along NH10.

Upon reaching the capital city of Gangtok, check into your self-booked hotel. Spend the evening relaxing. We highly recommend visiting the pedestrian-only MG Marg for dinner and shopping. Meanwhile, our ground team will finalize the processing of your Tsomgo Lake permits using the documents you provided.

Day 02

Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

After an early breakfast, your driver will pick you up for a full-day excursion to the spectacular Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake), situated at an altitude of 12,400 feet. This glacial lake is deeply revered by the locals and offers stunning reflections of the surrounding snow-capped peaks.

Further up, you will visit the Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a shrine dedicated to an Indian army soldier. Optional: If you wish to visit Nathula Pass (Indo-China Border), it must be arranged separately subject to army permits and an extra spot fee. Return to Gangtok by late afternoon for your overnight stay.

Day 03

Gangtok Local Tour & Transfer to Pelling

Check out from your Gangtok hotel. Before leaving the city, enjoy a half-day local sightseeing tour covering the Dro-dul Chorten Stupa, the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, and the Ropeway (Cable Car) for aerial views of the valley.

Afterward, begin the scenic 5-hour drive to the beautiful town of Pelling in West Sikkim. En route, the driver can make a brief stop at the Ravangla Buddha Park, featuring a massive, 130-foot statue of Lord Buddha set against a Himalayan backdrop. Check into your Pelling hotel for the night.

It features a towering 87-foot statue of Lord Shiva and stunning replicas of the four highly revered Hindu pilgrimage sites.
