Comprehensive Guide: Booking Your Kaziranga & Manas Safari Tour Package

Why This Multi-Park Tour is the Ultimate Wildlife Experience

If your goal is to experience the complete spectrum of Assam's biodiversity, the kaziranga manas tour package 5n 6d is the ultimate itinerary. This route requires extensive highway driving (Guwahati to Kaziranga, then crossing the state to Manas National Park) which can be grueling on public transport. By offering a "Transport-Only" solution, we decouple the high markups traditional agencies place on hotels. You pay an affordable, fixed fare for a dedicated private vehicle and a verified local driver who manages your Guwahati airport pickup, your local transits to safaris, and the long intercity transfers.

Understanding the Safari Logistics

A major part of any assam wildlife safari package is understanding how the forest department operates. Our commercial tourist vehicles drop you at the designated forest ticket counters (Kohora/Bagori in Kaziranga, or Bansbari in Manas). However, they are not allowed inside the core jungles. To enter the National Parks, you MUST purchase tickets directly at the counter and board a government-authorized open-top Gypsy or an Elephant. Our local drivers ensure you reach these counters well before the dawn or evening shifts so you don't miss out on tickets.

Vehicle Selection for Assam

While the highway from Guwahati to Kaziranga is mostly flat and well-paved, the guwahati to kaziranga manas taxi journey involves crossing the massive Brahmaputra river and navigating rougher patches near the Bhutan border towards Manas. For couples or small families, a Premium Sedan is comfortable. However, we highly recommend booking a Comfort SUV (like an Innova or Ertiga) for this 6-day package if you want maximum legroom, better views over highway traffic, and superior comfort during the long transits across the assam wildlife circuit.

Package FAQ

Common questions about this 5N/6D Assam Wildlife Itinerary.

Does this package include our hotel stay?

No. This is strictly a "Transport-Only" package designed to give you ultimate flexibility. The fare covers your private vehicle for Guwahati Airport transfers, long highway transits to Kaziranga and Manas, and local sightseeing drops. You must book your own hotels/resorts.

Are Kaziranga and Manas Safari tickets included?

No. Gypsy or Elephant safari tickets at both Kaziranga and Manas National Parks must be purchased directly by you at the respective government counters. Our package covers the road transport up to these boarding points.

Are safaris open during the rainy season?

No. This is a critical rule for Assam. Both Kaziranga and Manas National Parks are legally closed to tourists usually from May to October every year due to heavy monsoon flooding. No safaris are permitted during this time.
